Came over,helped me out with getting new gas/steam boiler. ALL installed on the same day agreed on. Very Happy with the service I received,that's it,thank you @Gerald smurl and the crew! 11/11/19 And of course to Carrol for all the paperwork,and appointments!!!

Chris and his team were great! They showed up right in time and prepped the house to keep everything clean while they worked. You can tell these guys knew what they were doing as the while install process went quickly and surprisingly quiet. We got a Mitsubishi ductless unit. After years of dealing with window ACs we finally had enough of lugging those bulky units out of the basement. I could not have been happier with how the ductless looks, but more importantly I didn't realize how quiet it would be! Chris gave an easy overview in the operation before leaving, and also demonstrated the heating feature built-in to our unit. Overall I'm super impressed with the professionalism of Smurl and very happy with our new system as well. I'll be sure to have them out again for another unit on the other side of our house next year. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
