I usually never post a review but my hvac unit stopped working last night and I was looking online for a hvac company, after reading the reviews I decided to call. They sent someone within an hour and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. I was extremely satisfied with the service from Josh and would definitely recommend Pica hvac. Service: Repair HVAC
Absolutely horrible service. Had an appointment this morning guy came out. I have an 18000 btu Mini split. I couldn’t get an estimate from the guy. I asked is it 1000?? Is it 10,000. What could it be. Then proceeded to leave me hanging and said we don’t do them anyway find another company after he got frustrated over giving me an answer. It was a simple question. I just needed an answer. He could have even said it could be 1000 or 10,000. It was that simple. Then basically said we don’t install them after he said they do 100 a month. Horrible customer service.
Have hired them multiple times and they always come through. Professional, timely and very helpful. Don’t think twice about hiring them, especially for emergencies!
