We have used Hannabery since 2008 and have a service contact that has an annual inspection of our heating and cooling systems. The service engineers are very skilled, thorough, and also very friendly and easy to work with. I haven't felt pressured to buy anything extra or that I was being overcharged for things that needed to be replaced. The office folks you can actually get hold of if you need anything and scheduling is very efficient. I highly recommend Hannabery. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair
No heat due to condensation sump not evacuating. As installed (5 mos. ago) the condensate drain line does not drain completely. The drain froze causing the pump to dead head. Furnace got a high-level signal which shuts it down. Tech re-routed to original drain. Hopefully the pump was not damaged. Service: Heating system repair
I have been with Hannabery since the year 2001. The service is always great. They have a wonderful and professional team. My wife and I always request Will as our technician for our bi-annual service appointments. He is GREAT!!!!! Very professional and knowledgeable.
