From the first time I spoke with Manny and met him at our house for our free estimate he was polite, honest and knowledgeable. We had our estimate back that night. The price was reasonable based on the other 7 bids we received. He is not locked into one brand of shingle like other companies are so you can pick from an assortment of brands and color options, as well as other options if you would like. When the time came to install the roof, complete tear off, he gave us a date but we were in the middle of painting the exterior so we postponed it a week or so which was no problem for Manny! When the day finally came, his team showed up 30 minutes early and started getting all the supplies ready, dumpster was dropped off and at 8 am...the fun began! They moved quickly each day, but also took their time to ensure things were installed correctly! OMG!!! Manny Roofing Contractor Service it the absolute best. Hands down! I contacted Manny a few weeks ago to take a look at my roof and shingles that needed to be updated. Manny came out within a day or two to look at the roof and surrounding area and take measurements. He provided me with a fair and detailed estimate. We scheduled a time to get the work started the following week Manny said he would be at my house at 8:00 am. Well, Manny and his team were on time at 7:59 am he was already on the roof prepping and removing the shingles. He cleaned up all debris daily as he worked. My neighbors have all been asking for Manny's number for there roofing needs. Manny went above and beyond-he finished the roof and shingles and even fixed the aluminum siding that was worn (and this wasn't even in his contract). Manny was very professional, detail oriented, patience, great communicator, and went beyond the call of duty. I was very impress with Manny and his crew showing up on time and all about business. I was searching for a very long time before, and during the pandemic for someone to repair my outside back shed, which was stucco to be replaced with siding. Also, the shingles needed to be removed from the bedroom window and I replaced with siding. My family and myself contacted so many companies, outsiders, and the individuals failed to show up or call to cancel. I did have 2 quotes prior to Manny last year during the pandemic.
