The tech was a nice guy and very personable but I paid $89 to have him only look at my hot water heater’s date and say it was 8 yrs old and not worth fixing. Did not make any attempt to examine the unit or even determine if a safety issue. Ended up calling a local person who came out and diagnosed the problem, had me order the part online and installed it for $60 and is now working fine.
We had them install our new toilet and vanity. Our plumber was very professional and considerate. He explained everything he was going to do and went above and beyond. We purchased their maintenance package to have them maintain our home on an ongoing basis. Thank you, J&A!
My hot water heater was leaking gas! I called J&A and they were at my house the next day! My plumber was Nate and he was the absolute best! So professional and answered all of my questions.
