Restano Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I had an appointment today with their technician Brian and it went very well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have contacted other retailers for estimates and due to the service I got today, I have chosen to have Restano do the work I need done on my house.

Replaced a heat pump and condenser with a Carrier Furnace and A/C unit, and went with Restano (after comparing bids). Restano's work is always top notch. Teams are always hard workers, efficient, and easy to talk to about the work being done. I would highly recommend them (and always do).

A tech diagnosed that my furnace needed a new heat exchanger. I was told it would be in stock in 1-3 days and ready for immediate installation. After a week went by I called Restano back and got some sort of call service that never called me back. I called 2-3 times that day and each time they acted like they didn't know who I was and had to take all my info down each time, and said someone would call back right away. A day later, I finally received a callback and they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about my heat exchanger replacement. They finally were able to look it up and found that they never ordered it. After finally ordering the part, my furnace was finally repaired over 2 weeks later from the initial diagnosis. I paid via check to the tech, and the next day, they called me and said I never paid them and tried to make me pay again!
