We reached out with an inquiry for a quote for a new roof after we noticed some issues with our existing roof. Jen responded to us within the same day, explaining their process and asking when would work best for us for them to come - rather than telling us a time that worked for them and expecting it to work for us. John and Scott came out within the week for an initial inspection, after which they gave us their feedback on what needed to be done and more importantly, why it needed to be done. After their inspection, Jen got us a quote for the services that same day. Scott, John, and Jen stayed in contact with us as we reviewed the estimate and answered all questions we had. They were able to schedule our work in a very timely manner, and when they arrived the day of the work their team was extremely respectful and well-mannered.
