New chimney installed after removal by magic. The house's old stone chimney was detaching from it. With the work, we are pleased. We called the office to pay our account, and Natalie answered the phone. What a sweet woman! She was incredibly helpful and made things very simple. I found the entire process to be impressive. They installed my roof seven years ago and I was highly satisfied. So until recently I would have given this company 5*. But now I think there's a minor leak, and they won't return my calls. Left a message on the website, left a message on the phone. No response. I'm supposed to have a warranty. What does that mean if you can't even get in touch with the company? Louis and his crew did an awesome job on our siding and window install, reasonably priced too! I was very happy with their work and I appreciated their efficient clean up after each work day, so much appreciated. The house is beautiful! Thanks guys.
