On time and very very dependable, I would never use another company even if I had to wait for them, customer service is great! Mike is a A1 guy him and his wife worked with us to get approved to have the a/c unit replaced. I can't say enogh great things about Mike and his company. They installed my HVAC system about 4 years ago and a mini split 3 years ago. Reasonable service contract year to year. I've had two emergency calls, once about heat, and just this week the AC. I think both times they were here within the hour! Mike came back the same day for the heat with the part, and fixed the AC within the hour; parts were under warranty, with a very reasonable service charge. Great service, great people!
