WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I recently went into 120 Adams street, York Pa located and after waiting for about 10 minutes for the salesman to finish a conversation with another gentleman about their family summer plans, I was asked if I needed any help. There was no one else in the store...no line...no "who is next?" needed, so it could be assumed that I was there in need of help!! The salesman did anything but that (help) I simply wanted to know how to connect my 4inch sewer line to a 3 inch PVC...and he replied "well I'm not a plumber"....I said "okay", but I understand just looking for the rubber connector to allow the flow, he again repeated "well I'm not a plumber" ...with a laugh. So, I realized that he would not be of any help, so I turned and walked out...as I did I heard him laugh and then I a picture hanging on the wall behind the counter caught me eye, and then I knew.
