We had been searching for a while for someone to tackle a basement remodel. We decided on BLM because they were prompt and friendly. We received our quote in a timely manner and BLM communicated with us each step of the way. We had a few requests that were not easy to accomodate and yet, BLM and their team worked with us in order to make our vision happen. In the end, we are very pleased that our basement looks great, came in on budget, and was completed on time. I would use BLM again and recommend to anyone looking for a home remodel/refresh. Drew was great throughout the quote process. I was building a new home and he was happy to come out during construction to quote me for a concrete patio. Jeff was awesome from the pre-construction meeting to the end of the process. The 2 or 3 workers (didn’t catch their names, sorry!) arrived on time and delivered quality work quickly.
