After discovering wet spots on my ceiling and realizing my roof was leaking, BLM Construction had someone at my house within a few days to inspect my roof. A temporary fix was applied until they were able to come out and repair the entire roof. They were very responsive to my concerns! The roofer helped me understand what the problem was, and how it would be corrected! Excellent customer service, and I can't say enough about the thorough communication! I have been working with BLM construction since 2020 when they renovated a 5,000sqft duplex for me to turn it into a long-term residence for homeless youth. During that time they were professional, communicated well, and friendly. Most importantly is that the quality of product we received was exceptional. Not everything went to plan (as tends to happen in construction AND pandemics) but in the end everything had an organized solution and the kids have a wonderful home they can rely on. I have also used them in my personal home for repairs and upgrades. They are always my first call. BLM Construction totally remodeled the entire first floor of my home. Their subcontractors were timely, professional and knowledgeable! They took my 1969 home and brought it up to 2022! Wade, the carpenter was awesome! I have received so many compliments regarding this feature wall. He was also able to restore my existing french doors and make them into contemporary barn doors! I truly can't say enough about the painters that came through. Shane, Daniel and the "guys" can work for me any day! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and quietly (I worked from home) and cleaned up thoroughly! I want to personally thank Kate Melder. She worked with me from the beginning of the project all the way to the end. There were several times that I literally called her on my cell phone from stores and she patiently answered me and gave me sound advice on my home choices. She also personally drove to Hanover to get me some floor samples! I want to also thank Ryan Gann for personally a
