I have known K.D. Rosengrant for many years working with them professionally. Recently I called them to inspect our roof as our home is coming up on 25 years of age. They were promptly able to make a visit to my home, did a lengthy inspection and informed me that, despite the age of my roof, it was in good condition and did not warrant replacement at this time. They provided us with helpful information to keep an eye out for signs of changes and asked us to give them a call back in a few years to look at it again. What an amazing and truthful company. They could have easily sold me a new roof which I didn't need. When I am in need of a replacement, they will certainly be my choice. From a professional relationship standpoint, K.D.
