My have to rate this store as one of the best customer service experiences I had in a long time. I just left a local plumbing store that offered NO services and should close their York branch, and went over to P&H with the same plumbing problems, "Andy", not only help me draw out what I was trying to do, but suggested the size and the parts needed to complete the job. This store is great, will NOW be my only place to shop for plumbing needs. Also, you know its great when the plumbing associates at Lowe's direct you here!! Thank you P&H ....GREAT JOB!

Went for a shut off valve and was waiting for over 15 min ,only customer in store and as I waited I watched the employee that was supposed to help me stand in the back of building looking at another employee phone while I waited for my part so I left and will not go back ever again. For a plumbing supply store its sad when you ask for something and they don't know what it is you looking for and its related to plumbing. Wish they had better customer service

Every call or visit for plumbing questions and supplies has been a great experience as these employees are courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable of all facets of their business. They go out of their way to help a customer find a solution to their needs. It's such a pleasure to do business here, which still practices old-school, first-rate customer service. My "go to" choice for anything plumbing!
