I know basically nothing about plumbing but I wanted to install my water filter as an undersink filter (which is not its intended use). They were able to tell me exactly what parts I needed, sell me those parts, and give me exact instructions in how to install it. They are great!
My have to rate this store as one of the best customer service experiences I had in a long time. I just left a local plumbing store that offered NO services and should close their York branch, and went over to P&H with the same plumbing problems, "Andy", not only help me draw out what I was trying to do, but suggested the size and the parts needed to complete the job. This store is great, will NOW be my only place to shop for plumbing needs. Also, you know its great when the plumbing associates at Lowe's direct you here!! Thank you P&H ....GREAT JOB!
