We wanted a second opinion after the first business told us we needed our whole roof replaced. Tim gave us an estimate on the roof replacement and was completely honest with us that we did not need the whole roof replaced and just needed a handful of shingles replaced. He informed us that our roof still had a good life span on it. After seeing his quote for the missing shingles repair we booked a day with him for the work, in less then an hour he had all of the missing shingles replaced.
