Great company great people, they always take care of my refrigeration problems
Our bakery lost AC and our buttercream was melting! All the other places I called either didn't call me back or it was going to take a week and half to get out to me. Coldmasters came out late that day, checked it, ordered the items to be overnighted and we're back in 48 hours to fix it! Fantastic personnel to work with both on site and in the office! And it was a lot less than I was expecting!
From what I saw their firemen treat their staff with disrespect and even prejudice The techs were good, especially an older gentleman Man in charge awful
