Advertised as 24 hr service so called about my sink being cracked and leaking in the basement Woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me it wasn’t an emergency that I have water leaking in my basement said I can wait till tomorrow Will never call or use this service again If I could give it no stars I would

Can I give a minus 5? I had a problem with a leaking toilet flowing into to my crawlspace and called this business as they advertise 24/7 service. That's absolutely not true. They never called me back. Not even a "we'll try to get there". Nope. Didn't even return my voicemail. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Hey, Almeida Plumbing, don't advertise that you're available 24/7 for emergencies then not follow up with phone calls. I will inform every realtor and everyone else that I know that they are not reliable. I'm updating this since the owner's reply. To be clear, my voicemail is never full and my phone lists every incoming and outgoing call. I use my phone for work so I stay on top of every call. There was NO call from Almeida Plmbg. Furthermore, informing people of their poor response is not a threat. Word of mouth is going to be one of the best ways to promote a business...or not.
