Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning

This was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Restivo's was recommended to me from National Grid's contractor list for installation of a gas boiler when converting from oil to natural gas through the RISE program. DO NOT, under any circumstances, FOLLOW THIS RECOMMENDATION. After a series of it-would-be-funny-if-it-wasn't-my-life mix-ups, miscommunications, non-communications, and sneaky over-charges that I caught only because I was paying close attention, they finally installed my boiler. The workmanship was so shoddy that when I had it inspected, I was informed by the City inspector that it was the worst installation job he had ever seen and he immediately failed the inspection. They sent another crew out to re-do everything. Even so, we had to pay to replace equipment on all of our radiators because they were so damaged and clogged with oil left over from the first install (when the technicians did not properly skim the boiler after installation). The service department was professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Heather is wonderful to work with and truly cares about her customers. In the initial stages of the project, I even received a call from the owner detailing my options. I appreciate that I was not treated like a number but a as a person. I definitely recommend Restivo's.

They are beyond awesome! From start to finish everyone's been nothing but accommodating and nice to us. My husband and I needed to get our furnace repaired before we closed on our house. We originally had a company that was referred to us by friends that completely screwed us over. Restivos came to the rescue! Frantic, I reached out to them and they got out within days to give me a quote. I worked with Leah who is beyond amazing! She was always friendly and did everything she could to get us our furnace installed. Within a week from contacting them, our new furnace was installed. Thank you so much!!!
