I was very satisfied with the air conditioning service I received from Restivo's. Mike O'Malley was very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to deliver quality service.

This was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Restivo's was recommended to me from National Grid's contractor list for installation of a gas boiler when converting from oil to natural gas through the RISE program. DO NOT, under any circumstances, FOLLOW THIS RECOMMENDATION. After a series of it-would-be-funny-if-it-wasn't-my-life mix-ups, miscommunications, non-communications, and sneaky over-charges that I caught only because I was paying close attention, they finally installed my boiler. The workmanship was so shoddy that when I had it inspected, I was informed by the City inspector that it was the worst installation job he had ever seen and he immediately failed the inspection. They sent another crew out to re-do everything. Even so, we had to pay to replace equipment on all of our radiators because they were so damaged and clogged with oil left over from the first install (when the technicians did not properly skim the boiler after installation).
