I was extremely happy with the professionalism that Kevin and his team demonstrated. The shingles on my roof was replaced in two days. It came out beautifully and I was not left with a mess. I cannot speak to the actual roof as I have not seen the repair, but what I have seen does not inspire confidence. They are professional and earn your business, however they have workers who are not true professionals doing part of the work. They left a balcony wobbly, a rail sticking out, did not seal with lead or caulking where wood meets shingle. I could have done a better job. The professionals who know are not actually doing the work or properly supervising their workers. Sitting in their trucks while the work gets done doesn't count.

This company is OUTSTANDING..!!! The experience I had with them was extremely professional and the quality of work was exceptional. They went over and beyond to finish the project and satisfy our needs. Just recently I got a call from my father telling me he had a roof leak during a rainstorm... Water was dripping into his second story bathroom flooding the floor. I called Kevin at risk-free home improvements who I've dealt with in the past and within 10 minutes he was physically responding to the call during the rain storm to help identify and rectify the problem.
