Lance came out very late on Christmas Eve and though we weren't able to fix the problem due to a lack of part he came back out the day after Christmas first thing. Thanks to Lance and Sara I didn't have to go overnight without heat...I spent more time calling companies that claim offer 24hr emergency service than it took Lance to arrive after talking to Sara...the total bill (with tip :) was less than what another company quoted me for their emergency service fee...Handy Oil Burner Service will be my go to for any future maintenance. Sarah was amazing, extremely pleasant and responsive in helping send help to fix our broken boiler and provide heat that another contractor failed to deliver on. She made it extremely easy to work with them. Lance is my hero! He came, he saw, and he conquered!
