The owner Lance Handy demonstrated excellent listening skills to clearly understand the problem. He was very responsive and was able to identify the problem area and then fixed it with ease. Based on my personal experience he is truly a skilled professional. Going forward, I will only call Handy Oil for all of my HVAC/ plumbing needs for my multi family home. Lance came out very late on Christmas Eve and though we weren't able to fix the problem due to a lack of part he came back out the day after Christmas first thing.
