Red Company

A few weeks ago when we had the first heat wave in New England of course my AC went out. I called around for hours to different places. Couldn't find anyone to come look at my unit even though it said they offered 24/7 service. One company stated they could not come until August 7th which was about 2 weeks away. The property manager of my home finally found somebody. They were supposed to come out and this was 3 days later when I still had no AC. Heatwave was still going on! I waited all day and that person never showed up. They never called or texted to say they weren't coming. Completely frustrated I didn't know what I was going to do because I have high blood pressure and the heat was really getting to me. I was told by the property manager that there was another person coming and they would be coming from a company called Red Company. His quick response to me at 9:00 at night really shocked me and told me he would be there the next day for service.
