I lost power at my residence just before the holiday. Dan answered my call and was available past 5pm the same day! He arrived about 30 minutes after our initial conversation, as promised. He was polite and knowledgeable. After investigating, he discovered the issue was with wiring outside of the home and offered to call RI energy directly to save myself hours of time waiting on hold. He was prompt, courteous, very efficient and went above and beyond to help get my power restored. As a business owner I recognize and greatly appreciate the extra effort and time he took to resolve my issue. Power is restored and Thanksgiving is saved!!
