I was so glad to call Mutual Engineering for our commercial HVAC maintenance. They came on time and fixed the issue in a professional manners. I find their staff and technicians courteous, knowledgeable, honest along with reasonable charges. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Install thermostat, Repair HVAC, Thermostat repair

Workers didn’t want to do what was quoted, constantly trying to do less than expected. Stripped out copper pipes and took them without asking. Left large box of trash and scraps behind and never returned for it after repeated calls. Left old boiler and said someone will come for it.. over two months have passed and not picked up. Absolutely horrible experience. Thermostat they installed was broken and needed to be replaced too. Amazing company. The work is absolutely neat. Don’t listen to what the other reviewers have to say. This is hands-down, the best HVAC company in Rhode Island. Very trustworthy. The technicians are very thorough. And they answered all my questions, and I am more than happy.
