I requested their service for our back flush valve check. Their customer service was professional and timely. Their techs where honest and friendly. I even forgot to get the check sheet filled out from our water company and when I called to see about faxing it to them they informed me they would send me and my water company a copy. I know have their number saved in my phone and when I need some plumbing work they will the first I call.
Just moved into Aiken four months ago. They have visited my house on an emergency basis twice. Their people are very professional, personable and knowledgeable. AC was back up and running quickly. Impressive.
My air conditioning fan was making noise...they came out the next day. Very responsive....the fan bearings were wore, recommended a new motor/fan....they ordered it, got it in the next day and plan to install it immediately upon arrival. Great service, professional interaction, polite.
