Jeremy did an EXCELLENT job of inspecting our A/C and Heating units. He was thorough, and took adequate time to explain all steps and procedures being followed. I am very happy by the text message I received ahead of his arrival, too… letting me know his name, with a photo and a brief description of his background and work history. This company is very professional, and I like their monthly equipment maintenance plan options, too. I highly recommend them!! :-)
