Our water heater starting leaking water. Michael sent someone over and they showed up less than 45 min! Josh was professional and knowledgeable! Bad news, we did need to replace our water heater, however their price was affordable and they came over early the next morning to replace it and took the old one away! Any future issues in regards to any plumbing – these gentlemen are the ones we will be calling! Experienced a major leak upstairs that was dripping down to the bottom floor called Hollis 3 times with no answer. We did not even receive any response what so ever, waited till the next morning to see if they would return the call. We ended up calling meetze plumbing and had an appointment scheduled and a technician on the way within the hour.

We had Hollis Plumbing install a new gas hot water tank. From the customer service representative who took the call to the install crew, we could not have been more pleased. They initiated the service call right away and within 24 hours we had a new tank installed. They are professional and reasonably priced. I will use them in the future for all our plumbing repairs.
