These guys put in a new system for me last year after the 2-ton unit in my house died in the middle of the summer. The installation crew worked fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. You've earned new customer!

On Jan 9, 2020 an Airtek service truck sideswiped my parked car leaving a Southern Builders job site. They tried to drive away. We had to chase the truck to make them stop. They then denied it until we pointed out they were on camera, another neighbor saw them and the cop told them it was very obvious. I have reached out to the owner to help hurry the situation along. Explaining that my car is my livelihood (I’m an Uber driver) and how damaging this is. It is now Feb 6,2020 and my car STILL has not been approved for repairs by the insurance company, Mitchell Insurance. They are also trying their best not to pay my lost wages, which I am STILL loosing. WITH NO END IN SIGHT! I am at my wits end! I hold Airtek and it’s employees and owners responsible for their choice in insuring their company. Please do not support these kinds of actions by doing business with Airteck. Give your business to a company that cares about community, even slightly, as well as the bottom line. Airteck is not

I want to start by saying our technician Walt was great. He was efficient and personable. This was my husband and I's first experience with Airtek. When we purchased our new construction home in 2015, we did not expect to already been having issues less than 5 years later. Although the part that was compromised was covered under warranty, we were told that the unit only had a two year labor warranty. In essence, the compromised part was covered but we were charged excessively for labor and diagnostics. I would not recommend Airtek simply due to this companies warranty system.
