I recently worked with Ashley Services to help my elderly, deaf neighbor get his air conditioner repaired/replaced. Given that summer time is here and we are also in the middle of the Covid-19 I was very concerned about getting it addressed quickly and safely. I worked with Matt at Ashley Services and he was excellent. Not only was he professional, but he was also very kind and understanding about the special circumstances. He came out twice to try fix the system first (it was 18 years old) to give my neighbor some immediate heat relief. When repairs turned out not to be feasible and not a good long term investment, he rapidly got quotes to replace the system and helped get the replacement on the schedule very quickly.
