Our a/c went out last night and it’s going to be a warm day plus I have a sick elderly dog and I was concerned about the house getting too warm. So I called Holy City and explained my situation and they worked with me to get someone out as soon as possible which I greatly appreciated! In fact, they came out just an hour after my call, wow! Also, upon assessment of my system, it turns out that it was only a blow fuse — cost $140 to repair! They did see signs of something else going on with our unit, but upon further assessment determined that what they saw was from a past issue and there are no indications of anything else that needs repair at present. When are AC system crapped out they were there to help us that day. Richard was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and overall, an amazing technician.
