Had new HVAC Installed last year and two dehumidifiers this year by Holy City. Absolutely best sales reps, installers and customer service. Everyone is there to help answer questions and come assist when needed!

I put an inquiry online for support since my AC stopped working in July and it was SUPER hot. Unfortunately I needed emergency service so I went with another company. However, I received a call from Jennifer and she was fantastic. As someone working in the customer service space, I was impressed with her upbeat communication and willingness to answer questions even though I went with another company. She was thorough, friendly and kind. If anything else goes wrong with my AC unit, I will definitely be calling holy city back for their service solely based on my brief conversation with Jennifer.

I have been a customer of Holy City since 2011. They have always done a great job with the maintenance on 3 units and installation of 2 new units as well as redoing the duct work in my home. We just had the maintenance done with Keith and he did a great job notifying me with what is going on with the units and what he was doing as he working on the units. Very professional and knowledgeable.
