Rapid Repairs

I needed a few shingles replaced/fixed and spoke to a wonderful person when I initially called. She offered an initially price estimate, based on what I shared with her and said the roofer would give me a call that day to set up an appointment. He did call and was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time and was exceptionally professional and pleasant. He gave me a formal quote, which was quite reasonable, and then was off working. Completed the work within an hour, and sent before/after photos. They have a 1 year warranty on the work. The process couldn't have been smoother or more rapid! I would highly recommend their services.

Murphy came by to fix a few electrical issues and did a fantastic job. He was helpful in explaining everything and giving us advice without being pushy about selling us anything. He was friendly and tidy. I would highly recommend the Rapid Repair team for all my household fix-it needs. Megan in the office was equally impressive. She made me feel like a part of the family.
