Eric repaired a Rinnai tankless water heater after a couple of glitches in delivery of uninterrupted hot water. He did a thorough service and Mark was able to get Rinnai to send a blower motor assembly free of charge! Eric and Mark were terrific to work with and we are extremely satisfied. Had Eric out the other day to check out my a/c unit that wasn’t working. He checked out the unit explained the problem and what it would cost to get it working again. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He sign me up for a service agreement and I got my a/c unit working again before the hot weather gets here.
