It took the lady five minutes just to get my regular information. She could not tell me if they except net 30 terms she had no one else for me to talk to. She can’t answer any questions and it’s pointless Trying to call this number to get to speak with someone to get service.

The owner wanted to charge me $250 to sign off on some curling shingles I had that I had fixed myself. All I needed was an invoice/paper that says the shingles are fine, which they are. This was an administrative favor I was asking for, which would have taken his contractor 30 min max. I was ready to give $60 in cash, even though that’s probably still too much. I’m a contractor and often need a roofer, I was hoping Brothers Roofing could be professional, with the aim of getting plenty of business referred by me in the future. Disappointed.
