The owner wanted to charge me $250 to sign off on some curling shingles I had that I had fixed myself. All I needed was an invoice/paper that says the shingles are fine, which they are. This was an administrative favor I was asking for, which would have taken his contractor 30 min max. I was ready to give $60 in cash, even though that’s probably still too much. I’m a contractor and often need a roofer, I was hoping Brothers Roofing could be professional, with the aim of getting plenty of business referred by me in the future. Disappointed.

We called Bros. Roofing to inspect the roof in our newly constructed home as we were concerned our roof may not have been up to code. Bros. Roofing came out the next day after we called.
