Only reason I decided to call this company when my AC stopped working all of sudden is because of so many good comments. But they ripped me off big time for changing a blower motor. Spent little over $800 diagnostic and repair. They did great work and fixed my issue, but the price was overcharged. And it’s not like the unit is hard to get to, it’s in the attic which has stairs. They also would not give a break down of part and labor. I’m sorry to say, I will never call them again. I would of shopped around, but it was hot, and we have little kids at home. I did not feel good spending that kind of money. I asked around, and most people said cost should of been around 400. So I spent double.

Great experience from working with the sales rep and Technical Manager to figuring out which thermostat to go with to taking time to assist with questions about installation of a thermostat. On time customer service with very little delay, professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable in providing easy to understand technical jargon.They are courteous, prompt and very efficient. They are my go to for heating and air conditioning specialists. Kinda wish they still service my location because they are so good.This is a company you can completely rely on. We have used their services before. Recently we had a malfunction in our thermostat system, and both service tech supervisor and sales associate went well out of their way to make sure my concern was fully address in a timely fashion. Northpoint handles maintenance on my home system. The entire staff is very professional and easy to deal with. They provide a great service. I recently had them install a split system for a small building in our backyard. Smitty and Kyle were the installers and did an excellent job. They were on time, explained everything that they were going to do. Couldn't have been nicer to deal with. I'm very pleased with the system installed. I highly recommend them!
