This was a wonderful experience. The Owner came to my house to accomplish the estimate. He was thorough, courteous and professional. The owner came with the crew to do the work. The old roof was removed in a manner that did NOT allow the old material to damage any of the plants around the house. People continuously went around the house to pick up anything that may have fallen on the ground during the process. The quality of the work is first rate. All of the crew worked hard to complete the job in a timely fashion. The job came in very close to the estimate. The area around the house was cleaned up before they left and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the workmanship and quality of the work. Did some work on our house in 2017, was supposed to fix the siding as well. The company took the money and never came back. The leak in the roof was never fixed from the hail damage. When we contacted them about the issue they said they would come back to assess the damage but now they never return our calls. We are now in the process of legal action, due to the existing leak and damage causing an out of control mold problem. Which has resulted in my children having ongoing health issues needing medical attention and ridiculous hospital and doctor fees. This company should be advised against using at all cost.
