This isn't the guy to go to for any type of car issues. I had my lady car towed to his shop on July 16th which is a Friday on confirmation he would check it out if it came in after 8:30am that day which it did. I let a whole week go by without harassing him about it. Figured he would give courtesy calls to let me or my lady know what was the verdict. So the following Monday we both called. He seemed like he was dealing with alot so I said cool and got my lady to understand from his perspective. Called back the next following week. He disrespected my lady so I called he disrespected me as well. He started stalling and telling lies said some guy name Bob was on car so I ask to speak to Bob who he say hasn't worked in weeks. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. THIS GUY NEEDS TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION WITH PEOPLE. THEN WOULDNT PROVIDE ANY DETAILS ABOUT WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR ALONG WITH A RECEIPT. I BELIEVE HE PAYING FOR REVIEWS AS WELL!

Kevin is the best. My car never stays for days, he always fix it the same day. Good Guy!

TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! THIS GUY KEVIN IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND TAKES FOREVER TO MAKE A DIAGNOSTIC THEN WHEN YOU CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE VEHICLE (THEY NEVER CALL TO UPDATE YOU) HE GETS AN ATTITUDE AND MAKES EXCUSES.... YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF PAYING THE EXTRA MONEY TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.... AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! HE EVEN CURSED AT MY FIANCE OVER THE PHONE. HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $280 BUT WOULDN'T EXPLAIN WHAT WAS DONE TO MY VEHICLE...THIS SHOP HAS MANY GOOD REVIEWS BUT THEY MUST BE FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS OR PEOPLE WHO HE HAS GOTTEN AWAY WITH SCAMMING OUT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY.
