Stoudenmire Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve used Stoudenmire for all of our A/C needs every time over the last 4 years we’ve lived in our house. It’s almost always been a great experience with guys that are professional and great at their work. I’m leaving four stars only because of our experience on 7/12 where two “lead installers” changed out a cracked evaporator coil in our unit. The job got done but the technicians did leave damage to our property after performing a task unsafely. The main problem was not being told about the mistake and having to find out about it on our own. After contacting the owner, Michael quickly apologized and did not deny or attempt to justify the work and how it had understandably upset us. Today on 7/14 Andrew came out to repair part of the mistake. He was communicative, kind, and completely the job efficiently and quickly. We will continue to use Stoudenmire and request him specifically. Mistakes happen sometimes and that’s ok, we wish this instance would have been handled slightly differen
