Stoudenmire Heating & Air Conditioning

Do a good job, but try to cheat you out of extra money. My AC broke in August and needed to be fixed quickly. I called many places, but Stoudenmire was able to get out there the quickest (appointment scheduled for following day). However, they had a cancellation and were able to get out that day. They told me it would be a $150 diagnostic charge just to show up, but that $150 INCLUDED the first 1 hour of labor. The tech came out, found that the problem was a bad capacitor and fixed the problem. He also inspected the system to make sure everything was working well. He was done and leaving within 45 minutes of showing up (I have the call logs and recordings to prove it). When I got the bill, there was a $150 charge we had spoken about and then a $212.85 charge for replacing the capacitor that had fine print stating "All labor and materials included." Michael and his team at Stoudenmire have always done a great job at taking care of me. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. They are honest, fair, and get the job done right. They fix and repair (if it can be) vs trying to replace everything. My last technician (Mark) was on time and very professional.
