We had a problem with our H/W heater, as the water temperature was going way over the set point. I called at 7am, and by 8am Josh & Ethan arrived to solve the problem. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat. It was quickly replaced and everything went back to normal. I can't thank them enough, and First Choice for the quick response to our problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use First Choice again if the need should ever arise. No way. I was told $4300, for a water heater and there's nothing wrong with my water heater. The switch was off & the guy with Brady Rooter was honest & professional $75.00 for a service fee.
I had what turned out to be an apparent miscommunication with one of their service guys and the owner, Scott, immediately contacted me once he was made aware of the issue and made things right. He was kind, apologetic and very, very professional. I can't recommend this company enough. I will DEFINATELY be using their services again for all my plumbing needs.
