Jolly's Plumbing and Septic

Tried to set up an appointment but was treated very rudely and unprofessional by the owner. We need a plumber for a water leak . These people are nasty and uncaring. Do not use rude people.

Jolly’s came out today to pump our septic. It was already a stressful situation and we hadn’t been able to use our facilities for two days due to other plumbing issues. We have a concrete driveway leading up to a pea gravel patio. The Septic guys backed in and stopped where the driveway meets the gravel. They weren’t close enough I guess so the guy rolled back over the edge into the pea gravel. After they were done pumping they pulled back up and cracked a large area into our driveway. The back tires dug in. The owner Dennis came out to look at it and was immediately rude and nasty telling us he wouldn’t fix it and that he’d see us in court. (We never mentioned court but thanks for the idea) Other than that he’d submit a claim to insurance. He said it wasn’t his fault our driveway was poorly designed. Look I can say this. The guy came out super fast and took care of our issue… thank you for that. Upon arrival the dude just acted like he was above us… he initially thought the tank was under our vehicles, I politely asked if I needed to move it and he just ignores me… okay whatever I go inside and wait to be instructed to do anything to test repair effort… after repair and flush test was a success I once again politely asked if something was flushed, I have children… it happens, and I wanted to make sure that was the case before I got on to my kids for nothing…he responds looked like a crackpipe…. Told my landlord to go along with the joke… while it might seem funny to you it wasn’t at all to us. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
