They installed new gas tankless hot water heater. I called to ask about water running down from the back of the unit and was told that's normal just condensation? Asked about adjusting the hot water temperature and was told by the rep I spoke with she didn't know how and to Google it for directions. Service: Water heater installation
Cody from Piedmont Plumbers went above and beyond when we recently needed a special tool to remove our faucet screens, as they are flush within the faucet and can't be removed by hand. After confirming that Mungo Homes had not left the tool in our new house, Cody said he would bring one out personally and delivered it to our porch at 8:30 on Friday night. One of their drivers almost caused a wreck, because he was on his phone and not paying attention to the road. I honked my horn and went around him and he got behind me and tailgated me until we got to the next red light
