Sorry for the long post but I have been disappointed twice with this company within the last 2 weeks. First, I called to have the dryer vent duct checked out because my new dryer was displaying a problem with the air flow. Someone came and only checked out it out by running a line under the house. He never came inside to check the elbow from the dryer. So I called another company, they found a blockage at the elbow just as I suspected. Next, I was smelling a burning smell in the house from time to time with ac kicking in so I called to have it checking it by this company. The same guy came and made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. I explained to him that it came from the ac and not something else. Then, he proceeded to tell me that I was going to be charged regardless if he was going to look at it or not. Had a GREAT experience with Drawdy's heating and air. I booked a consultation with Joey because I was having an issue where my a/c unit would randomly stop cutting on for hours at a time. Joey helped explain to me the internal issues the unit was experiencing and helped me make a decision based on my budget. Will definitely use Drawdy's again in the future!
