This is my second time using this company. The first time the experience was great. Which lead me to use Erick again. On this second use, he came out for the repair of my toilet, leak under my sink & to get a quote on a new installation for a man cave. Erick repaired my toilet. He tightened a fixture under the sink & said it fixed the leak. Well I went to bed woke up the next morning & water is all over my floor from his repair. I called twice, left a voicemail & texted him the video of the issue & haven’t gotten a response back as of yet. I still haven’t received my quote. This truly breaks my heart because my husband & I try to support the smaller business. Every time we do. We get the short end of the stick. I constantly try to encourage my husband to use the smaller independent contractor. But this is the result we get every time. It cost us $125.00 for Erick to come out and do those repairs & we r still having issues. I am getting no response & I feel betrayed & disappointed. I

Eric responded to an ad we posted on thumbtack to repipe our home, he offered a quote which he did not exceed, despite finding and fixing a few odd plumbing surprises in our older home. He said it would take 4 hours, and he was done in less. He was very respectful, kind, and professional. We immediately asked him to help us replace our master shower. Again, he gave a fair, affordable quote that he did not exceed. After dealing with lots of servicemen while fixing up our house, Erik is easily one of the best we've dealt with.
