We’ve been struggling for years with an underpowered unit and finally worked out moving up to the right size. We couldn’t have picked a worse time! Wife went in the hospital, house was getting up to 90 degrees, working overtime - you name it. Robert personally answered everything he could as fast as he could and his office staff was more than polite and helpful. The few problems we ran in to are working out themselves and we are on day three of using blankets on the couch. 73 was never really 73 before! Do yourself and favor and don’t let Morris Jenkins quote you. They’ll absolutely for no good reason badmouth other companies while quoting over 10k more for the same work. Our install was done in a day with an incredibly quiet Trane system and with the wifi controls we can schedule it to be warmer or cooler. It gives us reports on how much it runs and the convenience of not walking all the way through the home at two in the morning because your wife’s feet are -63 degrees on yo

Saul and Alex were amazing. They were extremely pleasant with the entire morning they were here. Especially with my three year old asking questions every time they made a trip from attic to van and a chocolate lab wanting to try and great them at every trip as well.
