We had our roof done back in 2021 from them! The work that they done is great and was done professionally. We’re in the process of selling our home and we had a home inspection done. Home inspector stated there was damage to the roof that was from poor installation (which we knew there wasn’t! It was just done!) it was going to cost me as the buyer wanted it covered and with Browns roofing we know we have a warranty so I did reach out about the issue. I spoke with Alex who did come out the next few days to look at the roof and saw nothing was wrong! He wrote up a document for us and I sent it off to the buyer. The buyer did come back knocking it off our repair price as there was nothing wrong with our roof and that the warranty is transferable to the new owners. Thank you Alex for working with us!
