5 stars doesn't seem like nearly enough to say how thankful and pleased I am with Paul Browns Roofing and Hayden (the sales rep). I originally called seeking an estimate for a roof replacement and was prepared to spend almost $10,000 out of pocket based on other quotes I'd received prior. Thank the lord I called these guys... Hayden came out to meet with me and look over the roof; after inspecting our home he noted that there was storm damage on the roof which ultimately allowed us to pursue an insurance claim to pay for a new roof. He even offered to help us file the claim and walk us through the proper channels and processes to ensure it was done in a timely manner. He kept us updated throughout the entire roof replacement process and ensured we were up to date with everything and had answers to our many questions.
