I don’t ordinarily leave reviews for any business. However, my recent experience with Pyramid Electric, Joe the owner and Thomas his electrician who performed the service and installation was such a positive experience, I feel I should. Joe responded to my initial voicemail quickly and scheduled a visit to my home within a day or two. At that visit he offered several suggestions for my problems and gave me a proposal and price. I accepted his proposal and he said he would schedule the work and get back to me in a day or so. He did and a couple of days later the work was satisfactorily completed. Thomas his electrician, arrived 30 minutes early and was friendly, funny, fast, professional and neat as a pin. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will call Joe again if I ever need electrical work of any kind. I am truly a satisfied customer. Services: Light fixture installation, Light fixture repair

We were told by our internet company that the internal coaxial wiring was bad and that we would need to have it replaced before they could get us back online. Pyramid Electric came out to give us a quote and was able to help us figure out what the real issue was. We were able to get our internet back online without having to spend hundreds of dollars rewiring the house. Thank you Pyramid Electric for your professionalism to help solve the actual issue and not just squeeze money out of jobs that don't need to be done.
