I have a front load washer that went out. The company was readily available the same day to come out and evaluate the problem and let us know what the issue was and how much it was to repair. Unfortunately there was another underlying issue that was discovered the next day. They were very honest in letting us know that with the age of the machine and the cost of the part it would be best to buy a new machine. The best part is they fully refunded what we paid the previous day. I appreciate the timeliness is resolving the issue and the honesty and hard work. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

If only all repair jobs went as well as this!! They confirmed the appointment time, showed up on time, was incredibly professional, and very reasonably priced. The best part is that they were able to diagnose my washer problem accurately the first time and explained the problem very thoroughly so even a non-technical person such as myself could understand. They are simply the best appliance repair company I have ever worked with.

We had some issues with our refrigerator one evening and called knowing they would be closed, but wanted to leave a message hoping to schedule something quick the next morning. Instead, the phone was answered by Jared. He worked to get me scheduled for the next morning. He showed up on time and ready to work. Jared has a great attitude and clearly takes pride in the work he does! I will definitely be using Appliance Medic for all my future repairs!
