Appliance Medic

My dishwasher was not draining properly and had a foul odor. I called appliance medic and had an appointment the next day. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem was. He fixed it in a matter of minutes, educated me on how to properly run the dishwasher and gave me tips on keeping it running correctly. He left everything nice and clean. My dryer went down with a big back load of clothes to wash. I called Appliance Medic because of the great reviews I read. What a great decision I made as he came out very quickly and fixed our problem. I decided while he was here to ask about our washer hoses and they needed to be replaced. He had the old ones off and the new ones on in less than ten minutes. Very satisfied with Appliance Medic as he was very professional, on time and really satisfied with the price.

We had some issues with our refrigerator one evening and called knowing they would be closed, but wanted to leave a message hoping to schedule something quick the next morning. Instead, the phone was answered by Jared. He worked to get me scheduled for the next morning. He showed up on time and ready to work. Jared has a great attitude and clearly takes pride in the work he does! I will definitely be using Appliance Medic for all my future repairs!
