I cannot speak highly enough of Jonathan Ware and the integrity of Carlton Roofing! They did a roof replacement about 8 years ago, then I had a full home reno done last year. That contractor & crew turned out less than satisfactory, and damaged my roof, as well as improperly installed a plumbing stack. Excellent response, were able to quickly come out an inspect my roof. Suggested I contact my insurance company as I had storm damage, but also offered me repair options if my insurance did not cover the roof replacement. My roof was largely covered by my insurance luckily. I had the insurance adjuster out on a Monday and Carlton installed my new roof that Thursday! The insurance company could not believe how fast I was able to get my roof replaced. I felt that the cost was very fair and well explained. Carlton provided fast service and a quality product at a reasonable price ! We set up a time they were there at the appointed time, completed the job promptly and we were completely satisfied! I would recommend Carlton as there estimate came in below all others that we received and they are a family run business with years of experience. many of the other estimates we received were simply contractors who were basically just making a buck as the middleman so it made sense why their estimates were higher!
