Very impressed with duckett plumbing The plumbers that responded were Andrew and Gavin. They were out within 2 hours with an emergency for a replacement of a water heater. Top notch quality even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Very polite and professional. I will continue to use them in the future. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate a week ago. Appointment time came and they were a no call no show. I called them, they failed to make the appointment. They said they were sending person on duty over right away and would be here in an hour. 2 hours later they showed up. Gave estimate which was a little pricey, but I hesitantly said ok and scheduled work to be done this morning. Again, no call no show. When I called this morning they said we can send them out right now, I said forget about it I've got places to go, you should keep your appointments. I'll find someone else! They might do good work if they actually perform jobs, but I'll never know. Stay away from these folks unless you have nothing better to do than waiting. *** EDIT*** I have changed my 1 stars to 3 stars simply because Scott from Duckett Plumbing called me personally after seeing my review. He offered to do the job for free to make up for everything. I respectfully declined, although that was a nice offer. I do

Never again and wish I hadn’t. Communication ZERO! Sending techs with equipment needed ZERO! I had to rent equipment and loan household tools and such to tech just for the tech to be told stop what he was doing and leave. They took my $625 plus ($98) what I paid to rent equipment and all I got was my toilet wax ring replaced and had to get someone else to finish the job for which they quoted $4000+ for I ended up getting done for a lot less. Didn’t need entire line replaced. THIS WAS AWFUL. I would like to get some of my money back but don’t think that will happen. Just got ripped off.
