Long and the short of it. I was charged $1,120.00 for them dig up the meter box and replace 4' of Pex (no valves replaced). Thought it was ridiculous. He did give me a quote via text ($1,120) and I thought that was to replace all of the water line from the box to the house which was maybe 25' to 30', but it was just 4'. I am just glad they did not come out on Sunday as they said they were going to (the plumber called and said he would be out Monday) if they did come out on Sunday curious to see what the price would have been, I bet over $2,000. I had to call his supervisor (I think Scott) and give him my credit card information. I complained about the price, but nothing was done about it. Then on top of that they charged me an additional 3% and called it a surcharge. I know it was the credit card fee they are charged. You live and learn. I am business owner and sometimes I feel guilty about what I charge. I guess I am in the wrong business. I am wondering if the Plumbers get a % of the

Called Duckett Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon to fix a problem from a previous plumber. They had to redo most of the work that had already been completed to fix the issue. They were very knowledgeable and kind and we were completely satisfied with their work. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone else.

Mike with Duckett plumbing came to do an inspection for us on an older home we are buying. He was very thorough honest and fair. We appreciated his time, communication skills, experience and expertise. We will definitely reach out to them should we need them in the future.
