Michael rebuilt and enhanced our screen porch. He is extremely professional and meticulous about his work. He’s an amazing craftsman. We’ve also used him for various household repairs. Michael originally did office renovations for me in 2020-2021 and the quality was great, although communicating with him has always been a challenge. The quality of his work was good so I contracted with him again in April 2022 to do additional work at my office. After a few months of no work and the only communication of blaming suppliers, I asked for my $700 deposit back. He agreed but never sent the deposit, mailed a check or otherwise refunded. I contracted with another individual and the same scope of work, supplies and and turn key renovation was completed in 30-days. Since then I have successfully received a judgment against him in the local magistrates court and will file with the Clerk of Court in Anderson County when the official Transcript of Judgment is received.
