Matthew Smith, the owner of Samaritan Handyman Services and Logan, his assistant, spent part of two consecutive days at our home. On the first day, they changed seven A/C filters and cleaned the grates they are placed in. Matthew and Logan also replaced high-hat light bulbs in three rooms and light bulbs in several bathrooms. Matthew first tightened some of the high-hat bulbs that would not light and found that some were not screwed in completely. Matthew and Logan also removed old grout from around and behind the kitchen sink and in our master bath shower, replacing the old with new grout of the appropriate colors. After they left our home, they went to Sherman Williams with one of our kitchen cabinet doors to have the professionals there determine what colors were used to create the glazed effect. We did not have a record of them. They spent an hour there since it took awhile for testing, etc., to determine the correct mix of colors. Matthew waited until he thought the mixture w
