We worked with Chad Caldwell from Steele Restoration to replace our roof from hail damage. Chad was very responsive, his crew showed up on time as they promised, and they worked hard to get the large job done in two days. Chad checked in on the progress of the project, kept us up to date, and advocated for us with the insurance company throughout the entire process. Chads team is well put together, right down to the back office dealings. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, timely and good at their job. This was one of the best business dealings that we have had with a company in a while! I had used a couple of local roofing companies from time to time for inspections and small jobs. None of them returned my calls for an inspection when I reached out, so I researched the highest rated roofers available (with large numbers of reviews). I found out that I had shingles coming off from wind and hail damage and reached out to Steele and one other roofer. Chad Caldwell was the perfect partner to work with to get my roof replaced due to wind and hail damage. He helped with every step, from inspection to working with my insurance company all the way to the completion of the project. The roofing crew was on time every day and worked up to and past dark. They cleaned up every day enough for us to move around and let our dogs out and spent several hours cleaning up on the last day. My roof looks great.
