Simply put, wish I had called Ted four years ago when I first had A/C issues in our house. First class service and expert knowledge. Two things candidly missing in the Greenville, SC area when it comes to a lot of home repair. Ted gives honest and straight to the point feedback on your situation and then advises you of all the options to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone for A/C repair or installation. There may be other good servicers in town; but I'll never find out, because I'm always going to give my business to Ted Cook.
Ted and his team came out and replaced my a/c unit on 8/2/23. They arrived on time change out the old unit and installed the new one. Left the area clean. Super nice folks. I can't say enough about this company. Wish I could give them 10 stars. I would definitely recommend Ted Cook Heating Services to all my family and friends.
